By placing an order with Protein.ke you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Products
All products are sold subject to availability. Product images are for illustration purposes. We reserve the right to change product formulations, packaging, and pricing without prior notice, and will always aim to inform customers of significant changes.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before an order is fulfilled.
Orders
An order is confirmed once you receive a WhatsApp or email confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued. For pay-on-delivery orders, payment is due upon receipt of goods using the payment link provided.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Delivery costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched. Please see our delivery information for details on coverage areas and timings.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery for products that are unopened, undamaged, and untampered with. Full product refunds will be issued for approved returns; delivery costs are not refunded. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
Health & Safety
Our products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have a pre-existing medical condition. Keep all products out of reach of children. Do not exceed recommended serving sizes.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logos, images, product descriptions, and copy is the property of Protein.ke and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, Protein.ke is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the value of the order in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
