I got the fruit punch creatine flavor. It dissolves well but a lot of particles are just left suspended in the water or at the bottom of your glass. Best alternative is to use a shaker – if you do use one, it will literally dye the inside of it.
Overall, the taste is mid. Nothing that will blow you away. Although, I do love the fact it doesn’t have an after taste and isn’t too sweet. It’s right where it’s supposed to be.

I ordered the fruit punch but they delivered guava without any prior communication. Can’t comment on the fruit punch but the guava, which is what I got is ok, a bit more palatable than the regular creatine.
